Malibu Manouche:  two guitars, bass, and drums - with guitarist Peter Pendras, bassist Chuck Deardorf, and Mark Ivester, drums. The group has released two CDs: "Malibu Manouche," a blend of classic surf guitar, Gypsy jazz and originals, and "As the Crow Flies,” all original compositions.

The Djangomatics:  this is a true 'Django' band and can be a trio of two guitars and string bass, or up to a quintet with three guitars, bass and violin. I've been playing with the Djangomatics occasionally in the Seattle area for the last year or so. Other personnel are guitarists Michael Horowitz and Kevin Connor, bassist Kevin Stevens and Claude Ginsburg, violin. It’s a fine group and swings! www.djangomatics.com www.djangomatics.com/ .
The Northwest Sinfonietta Jazz Ensenble:  three guitars and string bass. This group is comprised of Christophe Chagnard, conductor of the Northwest Sinfonietta (a chamber orchestra), guitar, Todd Larsen, principal bassist with the Sinfonietta, and Ron Peters, guitar. The repertoire is primarily Gypsy Jazz and contemporary jazz standards.

Neil Andersson/Susan Pascal Quartet:  featuring Susan Pascal on vibes, with bass and drums. A combination of Gypsy Jazz and standards reminiscent of Django's electric style of the late '40s and early 50's.
