Malibu Manouche: As the Crow Flies Modern Hot Records MHR016 Gypsy Jazz guitarist Neil Andersson’s Malibu Monouche releases their second album with As the Crow Flies. Neil and fellow guitarist Peter Pendras this time have served up an album of all originals including one from their Seattle bassist Chuck Deardorf. You will find that these wonderful songs are ones that you will want to listen to again and again. They don't do the fun Beach Boy or Ventures covers that they did on their first album but the blended styles are still represented through the originals on this disc. All musicians are in fine form.
